Personal Well-Being Therapy - Michelle Gauthier Belliveau

Michelle Gauthier Belliveau, a graduate of l’Université de Moncton, was awarded a Master’s Degree in Psychology in 2003.  She became a Licensed Psychologist in November 2007.

After providing consultation, therapy and assessment in the provincial school system, Mental Health Services on the child-adolescent team and the Provincial Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Unit (PCAPU), Michelle decided to go into private practice in 2009.  She continues to be interested in working with youth but also provides psychological services to an adult population.

Michelle’s therapeutic approach draws from evidence based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in order to collaborate with her clients to actively take charge of their personal well-being.  To learn more about the services offered, click here.
